Dr. Ellen Sherman earned a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Thomas University and a Ph.D. in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University . She is a clinical member and an Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, served as a board member of the state chapter of the association, and is a clinical member of the National Board for Certified Counselors.
Debi Davis , a mother of two and expert in nutrition and weight loss, Ms. Davis has personally seen the effects and pitfalls that come with divorce, substance abuse and self-esteem issues in her own family.
